1. About Us

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Anmol Boilers, a Gas Safe registered heating and gas engineering company based at 28 Gartons Close, EN3 4BZ, London, United Kingdom. By booking a service or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and Enquiries

  • All bookings made via our website, phone or email are subject to engineer availability and confirmation by us.
  • A booking is only confirmed once we have contacted you to confirm the appointment details.
  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings where necessary.
  • For emergency call-outs, response times are estimates and may vary due to traffic and other factors beyond our control.

3. Pricing and Quotes

  • All prices will be clearly communicated before any work commences. We will not begin work without your agreement to the quoted price.
  • For emergency repairs, a diagnostic assessment will be carried out and a quote provided before any repair work begins.
  • All quoted prices include labour. Parts and materials will be itemised separately unless a fixed price has been agreed.
  • VAT will be applied where applicable and will be stated clearly in your invoice.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

  • All work carried out by Anmol Boilers comes with a full workmanship guarantee. The duration of the guarantee will be confirmed in writing at the time of the job.
  • Parts and equipment supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
  • The guarantee covers defects directly arising from our workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that our engineers have safe and reasonable access to the property and the relevant appliances.
  • You must provide accurate information about the issue or service required at the time of booking.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the property is safe for our engineers to work in.

6. Liability

  • We carry full public liability insurance. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • We are not responsible for damage or losses arising from pre-existing faults, defects, or conditions not caused by our work.

7. Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment by giving us at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the engineer's time.
  • For emergency call-outs already in progress, full charges may apply if cancelled after dispatch.

8. Payment

  • Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards.
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

9. Gas Safe Compliance

All gas work is carried out strictly in accordance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 and subsequent amendments. All our engineers hold valid Gas Safe registration. You have the right to request the Gas Safe registration number of any engineer before work commences.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
